What do I do if any pages don't display correctly on my browser?

We are aware of a few glitches in certain browsers. The most stable browser to view our site on is currently Mozilla Firefox, available to download free of charge at http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/

What do I do if I don't see the item that I am looking for?

Some items have a limited amount of items and when sold out a new promotion will replace it.  You can only redeem the items you see on the “Home” Page.

How can I tell if you have stock of an item?

Our current system only shows what is available.  So if it’s on the Home page – there is stock!

I don’t see an answer to my question anywhere here - how can I obtain help?

How do I edit my details (email address, password etc)?

You may edit your account details only once you have logged into the GameOn webstore.

What do I do if I lose my Voucher?

Log in to www.gameoncompo.co.za, you will find your valid vouchers under “My Vouchers” From there you can reprint your vouchers
